It is the famous area of Goose Neck Bridge, Wanchai District, Hong Kong, and there ever was a "Goose Neck Bridge" over the Bowrington Canal located there before in 1921 - 1929 the canal was covered and became part of the Hennessy Road likes now as the picture.
